Wednesday Group 👩‍🎨Has your child shown interest in art? After school Art Sessions Term 4 2024 @ The Creative Art Studio, is the perfect way to give your child the opportunity to explore and grow. Throughout the term children local Mackay artist Michelle, will prepare themed weekly sessions and mentor/guide the group. To create with a variety of Polymer Clay, watercolour, pastel & Acrylic Paint techniques, with lots of colour! Suitable for ages 6-12years. - what we will cover over the term… •Watercolour, pastel & acrylic paint techniques •Drawing/template artworks. This may be adjusted due to group interests etc. $40 per week, all art materials supplied Take advantage of afterpay, only x4 payments of $60 Child to bring water bottle and to have had afternoon tea prior. I do have a blue card to work with children and am a mum myself. There is no toilet in the shop, however I will walk down the children as a group for safety. It is recommended that children wear casual clothes, not school clothes to avoid stains. Photos of the children's artwork will be taken each week. A final group photo of each group, please advise if you do not wish your child's face to appear on social media. Missed sessions due to participant, non-refundable. Learning how to burn your design, and finish your personalised hat with a range of ribbons, feathers etc. Hat colour as shown, Camel. Hosted by Michelle, she will lead the session creating your own 40cm x 50cm design with texture paste. Follow the guided steps to create the pictured xmas tree, or you're welcome to create your own design. Our texture paste is water based and non toxic. Talented local Mackay candle maker Jess, with her handmade business A&J Crystal Creation is heading into The Creative Art Studio for this beautiful workshop. All supplies, learn how to create a beautiful xmas candle made with plant-based wax & fragrances. Personalise with crystals & dried flowers.
